Who we are

The Munday Method is run by Luke Munday. For anything about this notice or your information, email luke@mundaymethod.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, job title, organisation, the type of cohort you are asking about and anything you write in your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver the work you asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send. We do not sell your information or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email, a Microsoft email service provided through GoDaddy. We use ClickUp to keep track of enquiries and work in progress, and may in future use HubSpot as our customer relationship system. Each of these acts as a processor for us under its own data protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within 12 months. If we go on to work together, we keep business records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email luke@mundaymethod.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
