Privacy Policy

Who we are

The Munday Method is run by Luke Munday, based in the UK. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Luke. If you have any questions about how your information is used, email luke@mundaymethod.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, job title, organisation, who the enquiry is about and anything you write in your message.

If you email us directly, we keep that email and any details in it.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (country or city), and the type of device and browser you use. This is used to understand how the site is used. It does not tell us who you are.

Why we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry and, if it makes sense for both of us, to talk about working together. Our legal basis is legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We use analytics data to improve the website. Our legal basis is legitimate interests and, where cookies are involved, your consent.

We will never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of trusted services to run the website and our email:

  • Hostinger, which hosts the website and stores contact form entries
  • Microsoft 365, which handles our email
  • Google Analytics, which provides website statistics

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years if they don’t lead to working together, then delete them. If we do work together, we keep relevant records for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting purposes.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies (named ga and _ga followed by an ID) to tell visits apart. You can choose whether to accept these using the cookie banner on our site, and you can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit how we use it. Just email luke@mundaymethod.co.uk and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if anything changes.
